Insurance / Payment

All applicable payments (co-pays, refractions, etc.) are expected when the services are rendered. We participate with most insurance companies, however, the patient is ultimately responsible for any amount not paid by for by the insurance company.

If we do not participate with your insurance company, full payment will be expected at the time of service.  As a courtesy to you, we will submit the insurance forms to your insurance company.

No Surprises Act

The No Surprises Act is designed to protect patients from surprise bills at out-of-network facilities or for out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, holding patients liable only for in-network cost-sharing amounts.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who are uninsured or out of network a good faith estimate of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided.
